Applications - We require a credit check and references. The non-refundable application fee is $30 per adult. All adults must sign the lease.

Credit Score - To qualify, the minimum credit score for each adult that will reside at the property is 670. There are additional qualifications such as income/debt ratio, good rental history, etc.

Initial Payment - First month's rent plus a security/damage deposit, $300 of which is non-refundable.

 

Pets - Pets are negotiable for some properties and may require additional security deposits.

No Smoking - Smoking is prohibited inside all of our properties.

Automatic Deposit Rebate - Most employers can deposit a portion of your paycheck directly into our account. This lets you pay us when you get paid - such as every two weeks. No worries about remembering to mail your rent check. This is refunded in the form of a quarterly rebate.

Insurance - Applicant must establish Renter's Insurance within two weeks of signing the lease;  the insurance shall name Wenge Corp LLC as an additional insured.
